A dynamic, washed Gesha from an exciting young producer.
Cherries were hand-selected for density, fermented in-cherry for two days, depulped and dry fermented for an additional two days, then washed of the remaining mucilage and dried on raised beds (with a combination of sun and mechanical driers) to a moisture of 11%.
