From masterful producers, Peterson and Purity Muthathai, this coffee was pulped and double-fermented (in line with the Kenyan tradition), fully washed in channels, soaked in clean water for 10 hours and then dried to optimal moisture on raised beds. The result is a beautiful nexus of deep, clean, juicy fruit and top-end brightness.
